    Horrible. I have stayed in this hotel 2 times but yesterday I was shocked by the hotel restaurant behaviour. Every time I ordered the food and they told me to clear the payment. i told him I cleared all the payment when I will check out in the morning but they told me to clear the payments. I ordered a towel and it's torn.

    Except location, every thing from room interior, tables, bathroom fitting are bad. No toiletries even in the wash room. Reception is worst, food is just average.

    Location is good Food is okay Amenities are very old. Worst service, especially the manager was not behaving properly. Water stopped coming in the room. They told me to change the room from 3rd floor to 4th floor.

    Property is not maintained. Bedding was not cleaned. It seems used by previous guests. Staff were supportive. Not worth paying Rs. 3000 plus without any complimentary service.

    This was my first stay at this property. The location is good. It is right next to the main road. Food was ok. Overpriced. Room service for food was horrible. They took 1. 5 hours to deliver. Room is well maintained but room lighting is dim. Needs improvement.

    The rooms are very small and noisy. The traffic noise won't let you sleep peacefully. The entire building shakes when trucks pass on the adjacent highway. Reception is bad. They refused to provide gst bills and asked me to contact mm t for the bills.

    For 4700 rupees the hotel room was highly overpriced. As per hotel they charge much less. Make my 訂房網站 has over charged heavily. It's worth 1700 only

    Although, the property location was good, there was nothing good beyond. The reception staff first refused to give me room coz i had booked through mmt. Then he made me wait for 15 minutes standing and then gave the room. The room was very small seeing it's price.
